I think I have all your presets. Why do I need the luts?

Amazing. I love that you have all my presets.
Yes, you can apply Lr presets to video in quick develop, but not all develop settings will be applied.
The luts include all the settings refined for video.
If you like to shoot for slow-mo, you can not export 60/100/120 fps video from Lightroom without the clip being reduced to 30 fps which will create a choppy effect.

Will they work in Lightroom?
No. Luts are compatible with video editing software like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, and Capcut.
