The Shades of White presets and profile collections is compatible with the following applications.

Lightroom Classic
Lightroom (Desktop Cloud version)
Adobe Lightroom for mobile (paid Cloud version only).
Photoshop Camera Raw

If you are a Lr 5/6 user the basic preset collection (w/o the profiles) is also included.

Are these one-click presets and profiles?

One-click (or 2) is often all you will need.
However, you may need to adjust the tone sliders/white balance after applying the preset depending on your image.
and/or adjust the profile strength slider.

Applying the Shades of White presets and profiles to darker imagery will most likely require a few extra tweaks.
