Clarify your vision with guided steps and create a plan for the first 30 days of your transformation.

Phase Two

Your First-Thirty

Commit to your First-Thirty-Day plan and use the companion journal to stay motivated and keep moving forward.

Phase Three

Your Second-Thirty

Review your progress in the First-Thirty, refine and move on to the Second-Thirty, guided by the program to continue building momentum.

It's important to keep this in mind, as our own negative beliefs and attitudes can hold us back. (said with love).

Secondly, the guided prompts in the MM companion journal make it easy to write each day, and if you don't like handwriting, you can always type your entries on a computer. 

Do I need to have a specific creative project or goal in mind to benefit from the Momentum Method program?
