I'm too busy, it's not the right time, maybe next month, the stars aren't quite aligned, I don't know where to start, I'm overwhelmed... or maybe I'm in a creative funk! or worse.... I wish I had time!
Whatever the excuse...it's most likely resistance talking. (listen to our new podcast series here.)
Resistance is REAL. Resistance does everything it can to talk us out of doing the things we say we wanna do. The things that bring so much meaning and joy into our life.
Have you lost touch of your creativity, letting all the heavy parts of life sweep you away?
If yes... you are not alone.
The best news ... this could be the day you find your way back.
You simply need to pick SOMETHING and start.
Your 30 day plan could be as simple as 30 days of creativity ... just 10 minutes a day. This can literally change your life!!
It's been such a heavy year. Creativity is one thing 2020 doesn't have to steal from us.
We just have to walk toward it. That's it. One step, one day....at a time.
So I ask you.... what might your November 30 be?
Do that today and resistance has been broke. then repeat...tomorrow and the next.... and so on.
On the weekend LIVE I spoke a bit more about the power of resistance....and showing up to our creativity. I'd invite you to pop over and have a watch/listen to see how it resonates with you. (and if all of you does NOT want to hear this... I'd guess that resistance thinking for you).
